About:- DUNHAM HILL SMITHY
Dunham Hill Smithy is run by Tom Jones, a time served Blacksmith, who learnt his craft from his Father since leaving School, and Roger Dutton who joined Tom as his Business Partner when they took over Dunham Hill Smithy in January 2009.
Tom established his business 1993 and has traded succesfully for nearly 20 years.
Dunham Hill Smithy became vacant in December 2008, so Tom took over Dunham Hill Smithy and has since taken Roger on as his business partner.
The Smithy itself is a purpose built very old Smithy house in Dunham On The Hill. The building is listed in The Doomsday Book and has a permanent built in furnace/forge which Tom has restored to it's former glory.
Dunham Hill Smithy offer all aspects of metalwork from basic gates & railings to the more bespoke hand forged metalwork should it be required.
